Area Champions 2003!

Our netball team have become Area champions! In a long and exhausting tournament held at South Wigston High School on 25th March we played 5 matches back to back and remained undefeated. Beating teams from Greenfield, Parkland and Fairfield in the league part we then met Blaby Stokes in the semi-final. After a close fought match we found ourselves up against local rivals Launde in the final which we succeeded in winning 1-0. We are all very proud of the shield we have won which is on display in the foyer and also our own medals.

Thanks to Gambit Enterprises of Market Harborough our netball team are sporting a new kit this season....emerald green tops embroidered with our team name and logo, bottle green skirts and red bibs.
